G death save: 1 S. V 1 hit vs anointed, then races towards the group, anointed AOO miss. A sapping stings the drifter, grabs G, and moves her out of the way, although takes an AOO, almost to 0. Drfiter misses V after standing up. Anointed moves closer.

V hits with the Warhammer, an inkling that something isn’t quite right about Vito for a moment, when he does his panicked yell as he hits, there’s something inhuman to it, feral, looks very scary for a moment, and puts the hammer through its chest, blowing off its shoulder and dropping the sword and it, then races over to put himself between A and the anointed. A uses ToC, Medicine 22 hyperfocused calm, saying “again, again, again”, pulls flakes of rust out, enough relief for G to wake up with 1 HP. Anointed hits V.
G casts cure wounds on herself, and uses healing light to bring up A, the poison burn lessening but wound still there, then gift takes off toward a tree. V rages, going very primal and feral, no change, but there’s something up, wolfish grin, “opposite of aadi, no focus full instinct”, inelegant and undignified, not angry but, and hits anointed. A maybe had read a book about lycanthropy (reading about magic that can transform or turn someone magical), they kind of have a sense of solidarity (particularly they’re both “out of control” vs gift) with him, A uses mind sliver, no WM, anointed succeeds on the save. They arrive at the house… V advocates going inside quickly, because someone could help them or use their help, but G is not as convinced. A just wants to look around for a bit,but approaches G. They finally realized why G might be mad – “I’m sorry I got your clothes dirty. I can fix it if you like.” G thanks A for saving them and they reach a kind of rapport.
