Kevin is the head cleric of the temple of [[Bifelgan]] in [[Redford]], which means he is also guildmaster of the merchants' guild in that town.

==Appearance and Personality==

Kevin is an older halfling with a pronounced scar across the side of his face (three long lines from a claw of some kind). He tends to overly enunciate his words. He is somewhat frail, but quick and a good leader. He recognizes that trade can be exploitive but believes "money is the medium, not the means".

==History==

At one point in his life, Kevin was a caravan guard. He almost lost his life defending the caravan, when Bifelgan spoke to him and called him into his service.

The [[Lighthaus Inspektorz]] met Kevin in April of 1337 when they sought a group to travel with from Redford to [[Swansing]]. Kevin gave them some advice, having lived in Swansing briefly, and connected them with [[Moon-sik]] and [[Panit]] who were travelling there.
